photoshore j.d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company) has launched and edits the website photoshore.hr with all associated subdomains and social networks of the Company (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

On the Company’s social networks, we do not allow the publication, sending, uploading and / or exchange of content that violates the rights of children, the right to privacy of other users and third parties, including private messages.
On the Company’s social networks, including private messages, we do not allow:

– explicit or covert advertising of any products or services;

– explicit or covert advertising of personal websites or blogs;

– use of the content and functionality of the Company’s social networks in a manner that may cause harm to us, other users, our partners or any third party;

– impersonation for the purpose of threatening, manipulating, deceiving or misleading us, other users or third parties;

– posting, sending, uploading or exchanging unsolicited content to users or third parties without their prior consent or request, including multiple sending of material of the same or very similar content (spamming), chain letters, pyramid schemes, etc.

We do not allow any interference or disabling of the use of the Company’s photoshore.hr website and social networks by other users.
photoshore.hr website and social media companies do not allow knowingly publishing, sending, uploading and / or exchanging contents that contain viruses, worms, computer code, files or programs which can result in disturbance, disruption of work or destruction any computer program or any computer and other equipment.
